Class Refund/Cancellation Policy

• MORE than 72 hours before - Refund minus 15% cancellation fee, or full credit for future use
• 72 hours to 24 hours before - No refund, 50% credit for future use
• LESS than 24 hours before - No refund, 25% credit for future use
• NO SHOW - No refund or credit

1-1 Deposit Refund/Cancellation Policy

• MORE than two weeks before - Refund minus 25% cancellation fee or full credit for future use
• Two weeks to one week before - Refund minus 50% cancellation fee or 75% credit for future use
• One week to 3 days before - No refund, 75% credit for future use
• 72 hours to 24 hours before - No refund, 50% credit for future use
• LESS than 24 hours before - No refund, 25% credit for future use
• NO SHOW - No refund or credit

Parts Order Cancellation/Refund/Stocking

• Orders cannot be canceled once placed with our distributors
• There are no refunds for parts
• Storage fees will be applied to parts left at Moto Guild for more than 2 weeks, see our parts storage rates for additional information
• Unless other arrangements are made, Moto Guild will consider parts that are left over 90 days to be abandoned and they will be disposed of at Moto Guild’s discretion, there will be no refunds or credits for abandoned parts

Consignment Order Cancellation/Refund/Stocking/Shipping

• All consignment items must be picked up in person at our shop in San Francisco
• We do NOT ship items sold on consignment
• Orders cannot be canceled once placed
• There are no refunds for any items sold on consignment
